What we do with the information you give us when you ask about a session.

In two sentences

This site sets no cookies, carries no advertising trackers and does not measure your browsing. The only information we hold is what you give us yourself when you ask about a session.

What we collect, and why

Your session request — name, email address, phone number if you give one, and whatever you write in the message. So we can reply and organise the session.
Your emails with us, kept like any business correspondence.
What the session needs — number of participants, age of any minors, and anything you tell us about your health. So we can host you properly.
Billing details, once a session is bought, because the law requires us to keep our invoices.

We ask for nothing else, and we neither sell nor pass this information to anyone.

Who else sees it

Tally, which hosts the contact form when you use it.
Our email provider, for correspondence.
Netlify, which hosts this site.
BAA Training France, to whom we pass participants' first and last names, because access to the centre is by name.
Stripe, which handles payments. We never see your card details.

How long

A request that goes nowhere is deleted after twelve months. Data tied to a session that took place is kept for three years. Invoices are kept for ten years, as the law requires.

Your rights

You can ask for access to your information, for it to be corrected or erased, object to its use or ask that it be restricted, and receive a copy of what we hold. Write to support@sereniwings.com and we answer within thirty days.

If our answer does not satisfy you, you may complain to the CNIL, the French data protection authority, at cnil.fr.
