Terms of sale

Last updated: 14 October 2026

The rules for buying a simulator session. They set out, in contractual form, what the simulator page already states.

Who is selling

Simulator sessions are sold by Allan Fowler, sole trader, registered in France under SIREN 885 341 792, RCS Versailles, 27 rue de la République, 78470 Saint-Rémy-lès-Chevreuse, France. The site and the sessions are presented under the name SereniWings.

Contact: support@sereniwings.com. VAT not applicable, article 293 B of the French tax code.

The site is hosted by Netlify, Inc., San Francisco, California, USA.

What you are buying

A flying session on a full flight Airbus A320neo simulator at the BAA Training France centre, 23 rue Bossuet, 91160 Longjumeau, France, flown alongside a type-rated A320 line pilot.

These are simulator flights for discovery. They are not certified aviation training: they count towards no licence, no rating and no regulatory experience.

The price, and what it covers

The price is the one shown on the site on the day of the order, in euros, for the whole session. It does not change with the number of participants.

It covers the flying time you choose, one hour of briefing, twenty minutes of debrief, the pilot's presence throughout, and up to three participants.

It does not cover travel, accommodation or meals.

Request, confirmation, payment

The form on the site is a request, not a booking. You get a reply within 24 working hours with the available slots.

A date is only held once the session has been paid in full. Until payment is received, no slot is reserved.

Online payments are handled by Stripe. Visa, Mastercard and American Express are accepted, and payment is taken in euros. Your card details are entered on Stripe's secure page and are never shared with us.

Cancelling or moving your session

The periods below run from the day the date is agreed together, not from the day of purchase.

These are the terms the centre applies to us: the machine is booked in your name and that booking commits us to them.

Before a date is agreed

As long as no date has been agreed, you may withdraw within fourteen days of purchase and be refunded in full.

Once a date is agreed, article L. 221-28 of the French consumer code applies: it removes the right of withdrawal for leisure services supplied on a specific date or period. The cancellation terms above apply instead.

The voucher is valid for twelve months from purchase and is transferable: you can give it to someone else rather than cancel it.

If we cancel

If the session cannot take place — simulator unavailable, technical problem, centre closed, pilot unable to attend — you choose freely between a new date and a full refund.

No other compensation is due: travel, accommodation and time off booked remain your own cost. Please plan your travel accordingly.

Conditions for taking part

If a participant does not meet these conditions on the day, the session is still due in full.

Health and insurance

The simulator is a cabin mounted on motion jacks and moving throughout the session. If you have any doubt about taking part — pregnancy, back or neck trouble, motion sickness, recent surgery — speak to your doctor before booking, and tell us when you book.

Every participant confirms they are covered by their own personal accident insurance and health cover.

Photographs and recordings

Any photograph or video taken inside the centre requires the prior written permission of BAA Training France. No recording may be made without it, by you or by us.

Liability

We undertake to use every reasonable means to run the session properly. Our liability cannot exceed the price paid, and does not extend to the indirect consequences of a cancellation or a change of date.

Nothing above removes the rights French law gives consumers.

Personal data

What you send us is handled as described in our privacy policy.

Complaints and mediation

Write to us first at support@sereniwings.com — most disagreements are settled that way.

Failing agreement, and under article L. 612-1 of the French consumer code, you may refer the matter free of charge to our consumer mediator: CM2C — Centre de la Médiation de la Consommation de Conciliateurs de Justice, 49 rue de Ponthieu, 75008 Paris, France. Cases are filed online at cm2c.net or by post to that address.

Governing law

These terms are governed by French law.
